Lista International Corporation announces a new automated tire carousel that will take tire storage for the automotive industry to the next level of productivity. Storing tires in a parts or service department no longer has to be a challenge. Lista’s new automated tire carousel offers a workspace storage solution. Not only does it maximize storage space, it also presents a clean, organized and professional appearance. This will drive profitability with functionality and a contemporary product design.

The fully motorized tire carousel makes it easier and quicker to store and retrieve various styles of tires. The carousel handles tires up to 32" in diameter and can hold between 147 to 352 tires. No longer will it be necessary for employees to have to assist each other when it comes to retrieving tires. The Lista tire carousel is so easy to use that only one operator is required to rotate the carrier frames and locate the desired set of tires. The carousel stops at the proper position and the employee can safely remove the tires at the floor level. Let the Lista carousel do the heavy lifting and reduce risk of injury.

Storage space is usually at a premium in parts and service departments. The Lista carousel solves this problem and maximizes storage efficiency. Many preconfigured sizes are readily available or Lista can custom-configure a carousel to fit exact space specifications. Carousels come in a high-quality, durable powder coat finish that is smooth, uniform, and attractive. Three colors are available: bright blue, beige, and black. Lista’s powder coating process is virtually pollution free, so they are also looking out for the environment in their manufacturing process.

To service them, you will need the appropriate toolset to lock the crank and camshaft.

The BMW N53 (naturally aspired) and N54 (turbocharged) engines were among the first BMW engines to come with variable valve timing on the intake and exhaust camshafts. The N53 and N54 straight-six have unfairly earned a bad reputation for reliability with technicians due to timing chain and variable valve timing problems. The reputation comes from owners not keeping up with oil changes and it is difficult to check engine timing.
