With R48, Bartec is adding class leading OBD COMS coverage for GM vehicles on the Tech 400SD platform. This will allow the technician to write sensor IDs directly into the control module as well as check vehicle DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). According to the company, only the Tech400 returns TPMS RELATED DTCs making the diagnostic and repair job easier and faster.
In addition to the GM COMS on the Tech 400SD, R48 also features:
– Automatic DTC clearing where required;
– Additional vehicle OBD COMS, extending our leadership in this category even further;
– MY2013 vehicle and sensor selections; and
– New Update Assistant software for Tech 400 series tools.
