WIX Filters Partners With Performance Racing Network’s ‘At The Track’

WIX Filters, a global manufacturer of filtration products, has extended its long-standing partnership with the Performance Racing Network (PRN) through sponsorship of its grassroots radio show “At the Track.” Host of PRN’s “At the Track,” Lenny Batycki, will feature WIX and the Team WIX initiative in his weekly broadcast radio show featuring dirt track, short track, legends and kart news. In addition, Batycki will operate as a brand ambassador, providing grassroots racers with WIX swag each week.

WIX - Racing“WIX Filters has been a proud supporter of the Performance Racing Network for more than 16 years, and we are thrilled to expand that partnership to include ‘At the Track,’” said Jennifer Gibson, brand manager for WIX. “Lenny’s passion for grassroots and professional racing, knowledge of the industry and relationships with partners like Richard Childress Racing and Charlotte Motor Speedway make him the perfect fit to represent Team WIX, and we look forward to seeing Team WIX grow throughout this partnership.”

The 2016 grassroots race season is already in full swing with Batycki traveling to a variety of tracks this month. PRN’s “At the Track” focuses primarily on tracks within 300 miles of Charlotte Motor Speedway, and Batycki hits more than 35 tracks and 70 races each year.

“Grassroots racing is special because of the family energy you get when you’re at a local track. All the heart and emotion plays out in each race,” said Batycki. “This kind of racing is chock-full of character, from the style of racing to the fans, track shape and specialty foods. This partnership gives me the opportunity to share this passion with WIX Filters and to connect the brand with up-and-coming racers.”

Batycki is an experienced radio program host, producer and communications specialist. In addition to his hosting responsibilities with PRN’s “At the Track,” Batycki also acts as pit road host for the HDTV at Charlotte Motor Speedway. During his career as an announcer, Batycki has broadcasted NASCAR, NHRA, dirt track and pavement super late models and modifieds, All-Pro Series, U.S. Legends Series, Chili Bowl, ESPN and MAVTV events, among others.

Fans can find a PRN “At the Track” affiliate near them or listen online at GoPRN.com, the PRN mobile app or iTunes.

WIX also will showcase its partnership with PRN and Batycki across its social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
