Nissan Sales Increasing Across the Country Nissan Group reported 134,388 total U.S. vehicle sales for August 2014, an increase of 11.5% over the prior year and an August record. Sales of Nissan Rogue were the best of any month in the history of the nameplate at 21,419, an increase of 24% over the previous August.
