Doug Greenfield Joins Elite Worldwide As Business Development Coach

Award-winning shop owner Doug Greenfield has joined Elite Worldwide as its newest business development coach. Greenfield will utilize his 33 years of industry experience to provide one-on-one business-building guidance to other shop owners throughout the U.S.

After starting his career with Chrysler, where he helped several dealerships go to the top, Doug saw an extraordinary opportunity in the independent market. Today, he is the proud owner of Kent Performance Auto Center in Kent, Wash., a 24-bay facility that does more than $2.5 million in annual sales.

Greenfield’s shop prides itself on having a consistent positive impact on the community. Kent Performance Auto Center provides monthly donations to both homeless shelters and veteran hospitals, offers special discounts to school teachers, and also plays a major role in several other community fundraisers and events. These efforts were recently recognized as the shop won the 2014 Patriot Award from the U.S. government. The shop is appreciated by Greenfield’s customers as well, as Kent Performance Auto Center was voted as one of the top 10 auto repair shops in Kent in 2013. Greenfield’s philanthropy is not only shown through his shop; he personally serves on the membership committee for the Kent Chamber of Commerce, is on the advisory board for the Kent School District. He said he decided to work with Elite because he truly loves helping people.

“It’s an honor to be able to work with someone like Doug who not only knows how to run a very successful auto repair business, but who is philanthropic and really cares about people. I have no doubts that Doug will be a tremendous asset to the Elite team, and do a great job of helping our clients,” said Bob Cooper, president of Elite Worldwide
