Fuse5 Announces ‘Pick Your Fantasy With Ken Schrader’ Contest

Fuse5Fuse5, a provider of cloud-based software for the automotive aftermarket, has announced its “Pick Your Fantasy with Ken Schrader” contest. Through its partnership with veteran NASCAR racer Ken Schrader, Fuse5 will be providing one AAPEX attendee an opportunity to spend a day with Schrader.

Entries for the contest may be completed on the company’s website, GoFuse5.com, or in person at AAPEX booth No. 3868. Schrader will be at the booth from noon to 3 p.m. on Nov. 5, signing autographs and posing for pictures.

“Having Ken Schrader as part of the Fuse5 team at AAPEX this year is very exciting,” said John Bunting, Fuse5 COO. “And allowing the winner of ‘Pick Your Fantasy with Ken Schrader’ to ride and drive or be an active pit crew member for an ARCA race with Ken Schrader Racing Inc. is a once in a lifetime opportunity.”

Schrader shared ARCA driving duties with Clay Campbell, president of Martinsville Speedway and Matt Tifft, a college freshman from Hinckley, Ohio. The three drivers combined have already competed in more than 75 races in 2014. Schrader’s dirt modified schedule accounts for the majority of the races, while Campbell handled the superspeedways and Tifft expanded his resume within the ARCA and K & N series.

“We have enjoyed getting to know the Fuse5 team during the 2014 season,” said Ken Schrader from his North Carolina race shop. “The Fuse5 team is top-notch and we are looking forward to a long-term partnership on and off the track.”

“Being part of the Ken Schrader Racing team this year has provided Fuse5 with great exposure. Now, we get to share that racing experience with one lucky winner,” Bunting continued. “Our customers are race fans and so are we. This gives one of them a chance to experience a race day as an insider!”

Fuse5 comes complete with point of sale, inventory management, customer relationship management and back office. Since Fuse5 is a cloud solution, there is no hardware necessary and the customer installs no software in order to access its business solution. Fuse5 works on any Web-enabled device including smartphones, tablets, ultrabooks, laptops, PCs and thin-clients.

“Fuse5 was built from the ground up using true cloud technology, not just legacy systems moved off-site,” said Gabe Davis, CEO for the Iowa-based company. “By collaborating with auto parts businesses we learned to create a system in which you can easily control sell price, inventory levels, streamline your POS, connect to other systems, and automate reporting, purchasing, store transfers and much more.”
