Nissan Group Reports July 2015 U.S. Sales Nissan Group announced total U.S. sales for July 2015 of 130,872 units, an increase of 7.8% over the prior year and a July record. Highlights included: Nissan Division finished July with 120,439 sales, up 6.7% and also a July record. Overall sales of Nissan crossovers, trucks and SUVs were up 22%.
