JEG’S High Performance has become the newest automotive aftermarket distributor for H3R Performance Premium Fire Extinguishers. Under the agreement, JEG’S High Performance will carry the H3R Performance MaxOut and HalGuard lines of premium UL listed fire extinguishers in its Columbus, OH, retail stores and on its website — www.jegs.com.

H3R Performance provides the automotive aftermarket with high quality, UL-listed fire extinguishers that are made in the U.S. MaxOut extinguishers contain an effective dry chemical agent. HalGuard “clean agent” extinguishers are unique new offerings that do not leave a messy residue – desirable when protecting classic collector, high performance, tuner and race cars. Both HalGuard and MaxOut are effective on flammable liquid fires and do not conduct electricity back to the operator – two important considerations when dealing with the types of fires most likely to occur in an automotive environment.

Both MaxOut and HalGuard are packaged in rechargeable red or chrome-plated bottles, and available in a 1 or 2.5 lb size. The products sport high quality steel cylinders, all-metal valve construction and aviation-quality mounting brackets.
