Mitchell 1 will hold the first of its four 2007 Management Training Workshops in Orlando, FL, on March 8-10, 2007, at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. The workshop will teach OnDemand 5 Manager and ManagerPlus users, who have been customers for six months or more, how to get the most out of their software.

“This advanced training workshop is designed to turn existing shop management system customers into power-users who get the most out of their software and business,” said John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions. “The workshop will also teach users about integration with aftermarket cataloging and Customer Retention Marketing (CRM).”

The workshop will be led by Dwulet and Tim McDonnell, national training manager. Mitchell 1 support personnel will also be on hand.

The registration fee is $200 for a shop’s first attendee; each additional attendee is only $100. The fee covers seminars, continental breakfast and lunch each day. Participants are responsible for transportation to Orlando and hotel accommodations.
