Raider Industries website www.raider.ca is sporting a brand new look with capabilities for both consumers and dealers. Raider, a manufacturer of truck caps and tonneau products, has consistently raised the bar for many manufacturers and their website redesign isn’t taking a back seat either.

The brand new home page was designed with the customer in mind. Here, as well on all pages in the retail side you will find “The Hunt is On” event. Customers can fill out a form to print a coupon for savings on a truck cap or tonneau cover. Search tools enable the consumer to sort by truck make, model and year. Also available is the dealer locator where finding the closest dealer is just a click away.

The products area provides all the information on any Raider product. All models are listed separately with access to photos, standard features and list of available options as well as truck fits.

The Customer Care section now contains more information than has ever been available to retail customers and is an exciting new area for Raider Industries. The Customer care section features On-Line Warranty Registration, Document Library with samples of all Raider brochures, Featured Promotion information, Raider Frequently Asked Questions as well as Facts & Figures for all Raider products.

Additional dealer-savvy features include: the latest Raider news, a document library complete with lists and images of all Raider/LoRider brochures, complete Dealers Manual, printable copies of all Raider Order Forms, and latest Raider Releases; an Order Center allowing dealers to place their truck cap, tonneau cover, commercial truck cap, parts and brochures orders with direct e-mail to their customer service representative.

Dealers will have access to information updated every morning, showing all units currently on order and what the production status is – building, built or shipped. Dealers can now edit their own “Dealer Profile” with name, address, postal code, phone number, e-mail and website address. This information can be edited at any time. To set up a dealer user name and password, call (800) 771-8677, ext 727.
