CRC Industries Launches Product Video Series To Educate Customers On Features, Benefits And Applications

CRC Industries has introduced a series of 10 videos to educate its customers about the features and benefits of several of its most popular products. Also included in each video is an application scenario for the featured product conducted by an ASE-certified technician.

Targeted to DIYers and service professionals in the automotive industry, these 10 instructional videos cover automotive systems and products such as brake maintenance, cleaners, fuel treatments and electrical maintenance.

Products featured in this video series include:
1. CRC BRAKLEEN Brake Parts Cleaner
2. CRC 1-TANK Power Renew Complete Fuel System Cleanup
3. CRC GDI IVD Intake Valve Cleaner
4. CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner
5. CRC Throttle Body & Air-Intake Cleaner
6. CRC SILARAMIC Brake System Grease
7. CRC QD Electronic Cleaner
8. CRC FREEZE-OFF Super Penetrant
9. CRC Technician Grade Di-Electric Grease
10. CRC Battery Cleaner & CRC Battery Terminal Protector

“Increasingly, our customers are turning to the CRC website and social media to find information and tips on how to use our products, therefore we are focusing our efforts on communicating in a way that best suits their needs. Video is a very powerful tool for training,” said Dori Ahart, CRC marketing manager, Auto/Marine Division.

Following a brief product description by the host, each video features inserts or cutaways of the product being used by an ASE-certified technician.

“This adds further credibility and authenticity for those of our customers who are automotive service professionals, as well for DIYers who are looking for a trusted, reliable information source,” Ahart said.

Although primarily designed to be informational and instructional, the videos also include elements that are meant to build brand awareness, loyalty and excitement among CRC’s current and potential customers. For example, the CRC product packaging that is familiar to many users featured prominently in the visuals.

Produced by Florida-based Youngquist and Company, all videos can be accessed at www.crcindustries.com, on YouTube at www.youtube.com/crcauto or via social media sites. The video series is available fully translated in Spanish for ease of use by Spanish-speaking customers. The videos also are slated for use at trade shows and exhibits, and for sales force and customer training.
