AMALIE Motor Oil Announces Expanded NHRA Contingency Program

AMALIE Motor Oil has announced it will increase its presence in the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) by expanding its contingency program to include all Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series (LODRS) divisional events for the remainder of 2014 and the entire 2015 season.

“AMALIE recognizes the importance of the grassroots racer and is pleased to expand our AMALIE contingency program to reward those who compete with AMALIE products at the many divisional events,” said Dennis Madden, senior VP, global sales and marketing. “AMALIE’s success as a Mello Yello series contingency sponsor confirms over 50 years of successful participation in championship drag racing.”

Racers in all sportsman classes participating in the AMALIE contingency program will earn $100 for a win and $50 for runner-up at all remaining 2014 LODRS events.
