In its continuing effort to provide the best insurance options and service to aftermarket businesses, Universal Underwriters Group has added a Central Division within its Automotive Specialty Markets (ASM) Division. The expansion provides additional leadership and further support for the evolving needs of aftermarket customers.

A new leadership team, lead by Bob Tschippert, CPCU, senior vice president of ASM-Special Account Services will oversee and execute the expansion. Regional Division leaders include David Willet, vice president and general manager of the Central Division; Stephen Ciarrocchi, vice president and general manager of the Eastern Division; and Scott Simmer, vice president and general manager of the Western Division.

“Building a Central Division has created a platform on which Universal Underwriters Group can repeat the success found in our other markets,” said Tschippert. With three divisions, Universal Underwriters customers will gain more personalized and focused service. Other key benefits include a more streamlined operations platform to improve efficiency and leverage best practices across all divisions.
