Standard Motor Products announced that its Standard Plus Club program is available online at smpcorp.com, offering its members unlimited access to a virtual library of "21st Century Solutions" for domestic and import cars, vans, light trucks and SUVs.

“The new online program gives Standard Plus Club members an added advantage as they benefit from accurate and up-to-date, technical information whenever they need it,” said John Nodson, Standard Motor Products’ director of marketing.

The online program features technical information, links to flashing information, troubleshooting, diagnostics, product information, training information, technical tips and access to an application catalog and picture buyers guide.

Data content categories include engine management, temperature control, air bag, brakes (including ABS), active suspension, tire pressure monitoring system, torque specifications, transmission, vehicle maintenance, wiring diagrams, technical service bulletins and a labor guide.

According to Standard Motor Products, members can request a call back from a live technician Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST. Standard’s ASE-certified technicians have a minimum of five years experience in both OE and independent automotive shops supported by factory and in-house training, backed up by a comprehensive $1 million factory manual library and multiple electronic libraries.
