The new Software Upgrade 13.4 from Snap-on Diagnostics is packed with high performance diagnostics specifically formulated to put you at the top of your game as a professional technician – to fix more cars faster. With the most current diagnostic capabilities for over 64 million vehicles on the road today, this powerful upgrade expands repair shops’ service reach by delivering the latest features and new coverage for all major makes back to model year 1998.

Software Upgrade 13.4’s optional European coverage introduces all new FIAT 500 coverage for engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, body control, instrument, electric power steering and more. Plus, technicians can service more cars with the new 2013 domestic and Asian coverage for GM, Infiniti, Lexus, Mazda, Nissan, Scion, Subaru, Suzuki and Toyota. This new software upgrade is available to all VERUS, VERDICT, MODIS, SOLUS, ETHOS Families and Vantage PRO owners.

With the latest software upgrade, technicians get access to more than 47,400 new codes, tests, tips and data for 1998 to 2013 model years, with the most extensive coverage outside the factory tool, including but not limited to:

Software Upgrade 13.4 includes exclusive Fast-Track Troubleshooter coverage that goes all the way back to 1980 with 36,500 new Tips and Timesavers, plus over 9,370 Guided Component Tests added including new top level information on platforms with component test capabilities (VERUS, VERDICT, MODIS and Vantage PRO). This includes a new theory and operations sections on the tool with courses such as:
