Midtronics Acquires Lynai Data, Inc.; BatteryNet and FacilityWare Products

Fortifying its leadership position and focus on technology and innovation, Midtronics Incorporated (Willowbrook, IL) has acquired the assets of Lynai Data Incorporated (LDI), widely known for its popular BatteryNet and FacilityWare data management and reporting automation products.

“Connecting these new pieces with our existing analyzer and monitoring families will extend the value that our customers can expect from Midtronics.”

The acquisition of LDI will provide Midtronics with the resources and capabilities to expand both product offerings, adding value for Data Center, Telecommunications, Power Utility and UPS system users.
