By setting a hotspot, the mega macs 56 becomes a mobile diagnostic tool. The communication to the vehicles takes place wirelessly as well. The user just plugs in the VCI to the OBD port.
This battery-operated tool features a high-resolution capacitive 10.4” touch screen.
The new mega macs accesses software for all European vehicle models in the U.S.
Standard functions are reading/deleting trouble codes, showing up to 12 parameters simultaneously, activations, selected codings, basic settings, adaptations, initializations and service resets.
Two software updates per year keep the mega macs 56 up to date.
