Bosch has launched a brand new website developed especially for the aftermarket. The new site – http://www.boschautoparts.com – was designed to give auto parts retailers, installers and motorists quick and easy access to a vast storehouse of information about Bosch aftermarket parts and services. The website also offers a host of related resources, such as technical information, frequently asked questions, a vehicle part finder, special promotions, motorsports news and Bosch gear and gifts.

"The Bosch ‘autoparts’ website is a totally upgraded vehicle for Bosch to support our customers in growing their businesses," said Pam Krebs, director of advertising and sales promotion for Bosch. "It is designed for speed, efficiency and completeness – elements that are crucial in keeping automotive retail stores and service shops productive, as well as enhancing their customers’ driving pleasure and efficiency."

The site provides information about all Bosch parts available in the aftermarket, including brief descriptions, a part finder and where the parts can be bought. Also shown prominently on the homepage are special promotions, new products and information about Bosch’s 100-year anniversary in the U.S.

A click on the technical resources page link takes one to diagrams, installation guides and troubleshooting guides for various products. The information is designed to help technicians and counterprofessionals understand how a particular product or system works, perform a successful repair or communicate its complexities to their customers. Technicians visiting the frequently-asked-questions page can select a product from a drop-down menu to learn the details and answer their own or their customers’ questions about it.
