Akebono has announced three new Pro-ACT part numbers, two Akebono Performance part numbers and one new EURO part number. Five of the six also include premium stainless hardware, the company added.
“Today we added front and rear pad kits for some key passenger cars and CUVs from General Motors, Mazda and Fiat-Chrysler, a great way to start out the year,” said Kirby Pruitt, product development manager, Akebono. “It was important to begin the year strong, adding coverage for over 1.5 million late-model vehicles that are still in production means the sales potential and coverage for these parts will continue to grow for years to come.”
