Coats Offers Direct Drive Series Of Wheel Balancers

The Direct Drive Series of Coats wheel balancers offers an exclusive set of easy-to-use balancing features designed to get the job done right the first time, every time.

The Stop & Lock feature automatically positions the wheel at the weight placement location and locks the spindle in place for easy, accurate weight application. The Laser Guided Operation pinpoints the exact weight location, both radially and axially and eliminates trial and error.

With the Direct Drive feature, the motor and spindle are combined into a single, pre-balanced assembly that always stays calibrated to zero, and the side shadow board with basic accessory kit comes standard.

The series includes:

1600

The Coats 1600 Wheel Balancer incorporates an intuitive touchscreen to allow any technician to quickly become a seasoned professional. The 1600 is designed with features to deliver a one-spin performance balance every time.

The weight location recognition system offers touch-free operation for ≈85% of wheel balances. The touchscreen system is built to last and can be used while wearing gloves.

The 1600 features ProBalance Technology, a unique balancing algorithm and unbalance correction methodology that minimizes both static and couple unbalance.

It also offers automatic data entry of the distance, diameter and width. This eliminates the chance of technician error and speeds up the balancing process. (3-D on 1600 and 1500 Models Only)
